Projects
Alongside writing here, I build tools for the problems I keep running into with email, websites and infrastructure. These are my own projects, not affiliate offers.
KT8 Mail
LivePrivate email on your own Cloudflare account. KT8 Mail is webmail you deploy to an account you already own, so your messages stay in storage you control.
- Guided setup that checks your MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records and explains anything that needs fixing.
- Send as any address on your domain, with attachments.
- The AI assistant is off by default, and you choose per mailbox what it can read.
- No lock-in: nightly backups, and you can export all your mail in a standard format.
Free to try. Going live costs $5 a month, paid to Cloudflare directly.
Where it comes from: KT8 Mail is based on Cloudflare’s open-source Agentic Inbox (Apache 2.0). It isn’t made, endorsed or supported by Cloudflare.
ReaderCount
Waiting listPrivate website stats, no cookie banner. ReaderCount shows which posts people read, where they came from and which links they click, on one simple page that works on your phone.
- No cookies and nothing stored on your readers’ devices, so it doesn’t need a cookie banner.
- Counts clicks on affiliate links and downloads for every post, with no setup.
- Works on any site: Ghost, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix or hand-built. You add one line.
- Let us host it, or install it on your own Cloudflare account.
I use it on this site. Prices will be announced at launch.
More projects will be added here as they’re ready.
Disclosure: KT8 Mail and ReaderCount are my own projects. There are no affiliate links on this page.
